If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item under the following conditions:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygiene seals intact.

• For hygiene reasons, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned unless faulty.

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at limonilingerie@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll receive a confirmation of your refund or exchange.
